Warranty and Extended Warranty

Raritan products are covered by the most extensive standard warranty in the industry as well as affordable premium support and service options that includes technical support.

Standard Warranty
  • No-cost two-year warranty covering parts and labor.
  • Standard warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.
  • Telephone and email technical support are available from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday.


For those customers who want even greater coverage, Raritan offers enhanced coverage:

Extended Warranty
  • Two-year extension to the Standard Warranty coverage.*
* Extended Term Warranty Plans are available for most Raritan products for an additional 2 years.
Cables and accessories are excluded from the warranty program.

Warranty cost and savings are determined by the manufacturer's list price and the warranty purchase date. Warranties can be purchased at the time of initial product sale or any time during the standard 24-month warranty.
