- Standard warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.
- Telephone and email technical support are available from 8:30 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
For those customers who want even greater coverage, Raritan offers enhanced
coverage:
- Two-year extension to the Standard Warranty coverage.*
* Extended Term Warranty Plans are available for most
Raritan products for an additional 2 years.
Cables and accessories are excluded from the warranty program.
